        The vacuum plasma surface treatment system has a larger cavity, but it can realize functions from gas distribution to operation interface and parameter control. Printed circuit board manufacturing PCB boards are processed in a separate plasma chamber to provide a high cleaning rate. The chassis is equipped with a plasma chamber (aluminum, high quality and durable), control electronics, radio frequency generator, combined pump/fan and automatic matching network.
