Under the same treatment time, the larger the discharge power and plasma bombardment energy, the better the treatment effect is generally; with the extension of the treatment time, the temperature of the electrode and gas in the vacuum chamber of the vacuum plasma cleaner will increase, and the PTFE material is prone to deformation at this time 
2. Types, proportions and treatment steps of process gas:
Different types, proportions and processing steps of process gases will make the obtained PTFE Teflon plasma activation effect very different.
3. Vacuum degree and gas flow rate.
The factors that affect the degree of vacuum include the degree of vacuum and pumping speed of the vacuum pump itself; the leakage of the overall plasma surface treatment system; and the inlet flow rate.
