Not only oil stains and lipid stains will hinder wetting, but the clean surface of many materials cannot be fully wetted by various liquids, adhesives and coatings. When the droplets fall, it cannot adhere to the surface, even after curing and drying. Nor does it work. This is because the surface energy of the substrate is low, and low surface energy materials can wet materials with high surface energy, but it must not be reversed. The surface energy of the liquid added, also called surface tension, is in any case lower than the surface energy of the substrate. The surface energy of most plastics is very low, and because the surface energy is too low to be wetted by adhesives and coatings. This is caused by non-polar surfaces. Liquid molecules cannot find the connection point where they can gather.

        In addition, it can be activated with a small plasma cleaner. It is an atmospheric pressure plasma treatment method. But it can only process flat or convex surfaces, and it will be introduced into the arc after processing. For small plasma cleaners, the arc plasma is ejected through a nozzle. With the help of it, the surface of parts with complicated curvature can also be cleaned and activated. When the gas or oxygen plasma is activated, the non-polar hydrogen bonds of the plastic polymer can be replaced by oxygen bonds.
